This extra-aged flavorful cheddar is made with milk from selected herds of Vermont Jersey cows, chosen for its superb creaminess and high butterfat content. Farmers of these herds have signed affidavits stating that their animals will not be treated with synthetic bovine growth hormones (rBGH). The cheddar is 100% natural, free of any chemical preservatives or additives.
