In the November/December issue of Saveur Magazine, the State Plates: Vermont section mentions that Rock Art Brewery's Vermonster beer pairs nicely with Grafton's clothbound cheddar.  Along those lines, tonight (Dec. 2) is a beer and cheese pairing event at Alici's Bistro in Brattleboro.  Rick Woods from Grafton Village Cheese and Dave Churchill from Otter Creek Brewery will talk about tasting tips.
