1 lb. crab meat (the better quality crab you use, the better your cakes will be!)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Bourbon Molasses Mustard
1/4 red bell pepper, finely diced
4-6 pieces fresh bread, crumbled
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 lb. mesclun greens
4oz shredded Grafton Village Gold (Aged 3 Yrs) Cheddar Cheese
