Windham Foundation. The Windham Foundation -- our parent company -- was established in 1963 to preserve & enhance the social, economic and cultural activities of Vermont's communities and rural life, particularly within and around Grafton, through philanthropic, charitable and educational programs.

The Old Tavern at Grafton. The Old Tavern is a beautiful inn that has been delighting visitors since 1801. The Old Tavern serves our cheese in many dishes at its award-winning restaurant. It's a great place to stay when visiting Southern Vermont.

Retreat Farm. The Retreat Petting Farm is located in Brattleboro Vt., and operates on a seasonal schedule (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). It's a great place to visit for kids of all ages. The farm site is also the new home to the new Grafton Village Cheese Co. plant!

Grafton Ponds. Located steps away from our Grafton headquarters is Grafton Ponds Nordic Ski & Recreation Center. In the winter, enjoy Nordic skiing at its finest, snowshoeing, tubing and ice skating. In the summer, enjoy mountain biking, hiking and a great summer kids camp program. Events year-round too!
