Introducing AIWF Classic Reserve Cheddar

Raising Funds for Vermont Students Seeking a Culinary Education

The Vermont Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) has aligned with Grafton Village Cheese to create private label cheddar to help fund the AIWF Culinary Scholarship, a program to assist Vermont students who choose to pursue a culinary education.

For all AIWF Classic Reserve sold, the Windham Foundation - parent company to the Grafton Village Cheese Co. - will donate a fixed amount to the AIWF Culinary Scholarship.

The Windham Foundation is a non-profit organization known throughout Vermont for its philanthropy and preservation work. The AIWF is likewise a non-profit organization. Its members are impassioned about the art and science of good eating, and they seek to enhance the quality of life through culinary education from farm to table.

This special AIWF Classic Reserve Cheddar will be sold at select retailers across Vermont, and can also be purchased right here!
