Very meltable, this cheese adds the essence of sage in browned butter to any cooked dish. Liven up a grilled cheese, roasted turkey sandwich or muffaletta. For heartier fare, use Sage Cheddar to add earthy aromas to potato gratin, mushroom quiche, or macaroni & cheese.
